The karst cave section full-filling ventilation method comprises the following steps that S1, a tunnel section A is excavated to communicate with a karst cave; S2, an underground river is subjected to course change, so that the underground river does not flow through the karst cave; S3, the karst cave is backfilled until the karst cave is backfilled to the foundation surface of the tunnel; S4, the cave wall of the karst cave is protected, and a plurality of anchor cables are evenly constructed on the cave wall; S5, the karst cave is fully filled, and the anchor cables are connected with a fully filled backfilling body; S6, two axial flow fans are arranged at an inlet of the tunnel section A, and one or two axial flow fans are started for press-in type ventilation; S7, two axial flow fans are arranged outside the opening of a horizontal pilot cave, and one or two axial flow fans are started for press-in type ventilation; and S8, two axial flow fans are arranged in a transverse cave, and one or two axial flow fans are started for press-intype ventilation.
