Wall-flow cordierite gasoline particle filter and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a wall flow type cordierite gasoline particle filter, wherein the porosity of the gasoline particle filter is 60-70%, the gasoline particle filter is prepared from, by weight, 70-90 parts of inorganic powder and 8-25 parts of mixed powder composed of organic silicon microspheres, starch, a polymer resin, graphite and a binder, the particle size of the organic silicon microspheres ranges from 20 micrometers to 30 micrometers, the silicon content ranges from 36% to 37%, the oxygen content ranges from 20% to 22%, and the carbon content ranges from 31% to 33%. According to the invention, by adding organic silicon microspheres, the gasoline particle filter with good micropore connectivity and low pressure drop is prepared by utilizing the excellent pore-forming effect ofthe organic silicon microspheres, and due to the fact that the organic silicon microspheres have the characteristics of slow thermal decomposition and difficulty in generating flame, the problems of firing cracking and low firing qualification rate of the existing high-porosity gasoline particle filter are effectively solved, the production cost is remarkably reduced, and the production efficiencyis improved.
本发明提供了一种壁流式堇青石汽油颗粒过滤器,所述汽油颗粒过滤器的孔隙率为60~70%,按重量份计,所述汽油颗粒过滤器由70‑90份无机粉料、8‑25份有机硅微球、淀粉、聚合物树脂、石墨、粘结剂组成的混合粉料制成,所述有机硅微球粒度在20‑30μm之间,硅含量为36‑37%,氧含量为20‑22%,碳含量为31‑33%。本发明通过添加有机硅微球,利用其优异的造孔效果,制备微孔连通性好、压降低的汽油颗粒过滤器,由于其具有受热分解缓慢,不易出现火焰的特点,有效解决了目前高孔隙率汽油颗粒过滤器烧成开裂,烧成合格率低的问题,显著降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。
