The invention discloses a cordierite gasoline engine particulate filter and a preparation method thereof, the cordierite gasoline engine particulate filter is mainly used for gasoline engine tail gas post-treatment, the main raw materials comprise talc, kaolin, alumina, silica, cordierite powder and the like, and auxiliary materials such as a pore forming agent, an adhesive, an extrusion auxiliary agent, a dispersant and the like are added at the same time. CTE of the particulate filter is smaller than or equal to 0.5*10 <-6> (RT-800 DEG C), the thermal shock resistance temperature is 700 DEG C or above, the porosity is larger than or equal to 60%, and the median aperture is 10-25 [mu]m and adjustable; according to the invention, the wall flow type particle filter with low thermal expansion coefficient, high thermal shock resistance and adjustable pore size distribution is prepared by optimizing the grain composition of the raw materials, adding a proper pore forming agent and adjusting a sintering process; and the particulate filter has low back pressure and high PM and PN collecting efficiency.
本发明本发明公开了一种堇青石汽油机微粒捕集器及其制备方法,主要用于汽油机尾气后处理,其主要原材料包括滑石、高岭土、氧化铝、二氧化硅、堇青石粉等,同时添加造孔剂、粘接剂、挤压助剂、分散剂等辅料。所述微粒捕集器CTE≤0.5*10‑6(RT‑800℃)、抗热冲击温度700℃以上、孔隙率≥60%、中值孔径10‑25μm可调;本发明通过优化原材料颗粒级配、加入合适造孔剂、调整烧结工艺制备出了具备低热膨胀系数、高抗热冲击性、孔径分布可调的壁流式微粒捕集器;该微粒捕集器具备较低的背压和高的PM、PN捕集效率。
