Cordierite-based diesel particulate filter and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of diesel particulate filters, in particular to a cordierite-based diesel particulate filter and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating a waste molybdenum silicide heating rod to obtain mixed powder containing molybdenum oxide and amorphous silicon oxide; mixing and grinding the coal gangue, the magnesium powder and the mixed powder to obtain a fine-particle-size material; preparing a freezing medium; mixing the fine-particle-size material with a freezing medium, and then freezing to obtain a frozen sample; performing vacuum freeze drying on the frozen sample to obtain a dried sample; and sintering the dried sample under a carbon burying condition, and then cooling to obtain the cordierite-based diesel particulate filter. The mass ratio of the mixed powder to the powder with the fine particle size is 0.0938 to 0.8963; through cooperation of molybdenum oxide formed by molybdenum silicide and a freezing medium, the cordierite-based diesel oil particle filter with a three-dimensional net-shaped pore structure and high porosity can be synthesized in one step.
