Bridge swivel construction device
The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, and particularly relates to a bridge swivel construction device. Two vertical plates are symmetrically and fixedly mounted at the top of a bottom plate; the same workbench is fixedly mounted at the top of the two vertical plates; two wedge-shaped plates are symmetrically connected to the top of the workbench in a sliding mode. The two wedge-shaped plates are in transmission connection with the same supporting ring; the top of the supporting ring is slidably connected with a connecting cover. A supporting plate is fixedly mounted at thetop of the connecting cover; the height and the angle of the bridge plate can be adjusted by respectively starting the driving motor and the stepping motor, and thus the bridge plate can be conveniently installed, the rotating angle can be accurately controlled when the bridge plate is rotated, and the accuracy of bridge plate installation can be improved accordingly, meanwhile, the bridge plateis adjusted in a motor transmission mode, the working intensity of operators can be greatly reduced, and therefore the construction difficulty can be reduced.
本发明涉及桥梁施工领域,尤其涉及一种桥梁转体施工装置,底板的顶部对称固定安装有两个立板,且两个立板的顶部固定安装有同一个工作台,工作台的顶部对称滑动连接有两个楔形板,且两个楔形板上传动连接有同一个支撑环,支撑环的顶部滑动连接有连接罩,且连接罩的顶部固定安装有支撑板,本发明通过分别启动驱动电机和步进电机可实现对桥板的高度和角度进行调节,以此可方便对桥板进行安装,并且在对桥板进行转动时,可准确的控制转动角度,以此便可提高桥板安装时的准确性,同时本技术方案通过电机传动的方式对桥板进行调节,所以可大大减少操作人员的工作强度,因此可降低施工难度。
