The invention relates to the technical field of cast-in-place piles, in particular to an inner tamping immersed tube cast-in-place pile head. The inner tamping immersed tube cast-in-place pile head comprises a connecting part and a pile head body, the pile head body is in an inverted cone shape, the upper portion of the pile head body is connected with the lower portion of the connecting part, a rotating shaft is arranged in the circumferential direction of the connecting part, the pile head body is defined by a plurality of pile head plates, and each pile head plate is connected with the rotating shaft and can rotate around the rotating shaft. During use, the pile head is detachably connected to the lower portion of an outer pipe, and when the outer pipe and an inner pipe sink downwards,the pile head body is in a folded and closed state under the action of the structure of the pile head body and soil pressure, so that the effects of water resistance and mud resistance are achieved; and the outer pipe is lifted upwards, and the pile head body is in an open state under the action of concrete pressure in the outer pipe, so that concrete falls into a pile hole to form a pile.
