The invention provides a winged spiral tube-sinking cast-in-place pile and a construction method. The winged spiral tube-sinking cast-in-place pile comprises at least one section of sleeve, the sleeve is sleeved with a spiral wing, the sleeve and the spiral wing form penetrating connection avoiding assembly through an axial inserting connection structure, the sleeve and the spiral wing form disassembly and assembly matching through a first rotary clamping and embedding structure, and the bottom end of the lowest sleeve is sleeved with a pile tip. The casing pipe and the pile tip are detachably matched through a second rotary clamping and embedding structure, a reinforcement cage is arranged in the casing pipe, concrete is poured into the pile tip and the casing pipe, the reinforcement cage is coated with the concrete, and the concrete is solidified to bond the pile tip and the spiral wing.
