The invention discloses a large-span reinforced steel beam which comprises two vertical beams, a plurality of mutually connected cross beams are arranged between the vertical beams, and the large-span reinforced steel beam is characterized in that a plurality of steel ropes are arranged in the cross beams, and the other ends of the steel ropes are fixedly connected with the vertical beams; a plurality of rotating wheel devices which are used for vertically fixing the steel ropes and the cross beam and vertically fixing the steel ropes and the vertical beam are arranged on the cross beam and the vertical beam, the steel ropes are fixed in the cross beam and the vertical beam through locking devices, and the reinforcing steel beam is connected between the vertical beam and the cross beam through the steel ropes.
