The invention relates to a large-span I-shaped steel reinforced concrete composite beam which comprises a steel beam top plate, a web plate, a steel beam bottom plate, shear nails, end supports, bridge body supports and bridge body reinforcing supports, the web plate is connected between the steel beam top plate and the steel beam bottom plate to form an asymmetric I-shaped steel beam structure with the narrow upper portion and the wide lower portion, and the shear nails are fixed to the upper end of the steel beam top plate. The concrete bridge deck slabs are connected into a whole through the shear nails, the end supports are arranged at the ends of the bridge body, the bridge body supports are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bridge body, and the bridge body reinforcing supports are arranged on the longitudinal bridge body every 5-6 mm.
