Pile-head-free cast-in-situ bored pile construction method
A pile-head-free cast-in-situ bored pile construction method comprises the steps that when pile foundation pouring is nearly completed, the elevation of a concrete surface is confirmed; when the elevation of the concrete surface reaches the elevation of a pile top, the concrete pouring is stopped or decelerated, a channel between a pile hole and a mud pit is cut off, substances in the pile hole are extracted, the height of the liquid level in the pile hole is kept unchanged, the quality of concrete discharged from the end point of a pump pipe is observed, when the quality is good (when the quality of the discharged concrete is difficult to observe, bottom sealing concrete is poured to the position 0.5-1 m above the pile top, the lower end of the pump pipe is continuously lowered to the position 8-13 cm above the elevation of the pile top along with decreasing of the liquid level in the extraction process, and at the moment, the quality of the concrete does not need to be observed), concrete pouring is stopped; and the pump pipe and a guide pipe are detached and washed, the pile hole is protected, and a steel casing is pulled out after the concrete is finally set. According to the method, the bottom sealing concrete near the elevation of the pile top is pumped out, whether concrete pouring is continued or not is determined according to the quality condition, later pile head breaking work is avoided, and the construction period and the manufacturing cost are saved.
一种无桩头钻孔灌注桩施工方法,包括:当桩基浇筑接近完成时,对混凝土面标高进行确认,当其达到桩顶标高处时,停止或减缓混凝土浇筑速度,隔断桩孔与泥浆池之间的通道,对桩孔内物质进行抽取,使桩孔内液面高度保持不变,观察泵管终点处排出混凝土质量,当其质量良好时(在难以观察排出的混凝土的质量时,将封底混凝土浇筑至桩顶上0.5~1m处,并持续在抽取过程中随液面下降下放泵管下端直至桩顶标高上8~13cm处,此时无需观察混凝土质量),停止混凝土浇筑,拆洗泵管和导管,对桩孔进行保护,待混凝土终凝后拔出钢护筒;本方法通过抽出桩顶标高附近的封底混凝土并依据其质量情况决定是否继续混凝土浇筑,避免后期桩头破除的工作,节省了工期和造价。
