The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a grout pressing pipe and a preparation method thereof. The grout pressing pipe comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe, the inner pipe is a rigid pipe provided with a plurality of first grout outlet holes penetrating through the wall thickness of the inner pipe, one end of the inner pipe isa grout inlet, and the other end of the inner pipe is closed; the inner diameter of the outer pipe is smaller than or equal to the outer diameter of the inner pipe, and the outer pipe can be arrangedon the outer circumferential face of the inner pipe in an elastic deformation and sleeving manner and is provided with a plurality of second grout outlet holes penetrating through the wall thicknessof the outer pipe; and the first grout outlet holes and the second grout outlet holes are formed in a staggered manner. According to the grout pressing pipe, grout can be prevented from flowing back and blocking the grout outlet holes, the grout can be evenly conveyed into a soil body, and then the grouting quality is improved.
