GROUT AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout which shows a pH of the neutral region, e.g. 5.8-8.6, during pressure feeding and filling, does not cause material separation in water, has good plasticity and exerts high solidification intensity after filling.SOLUTION: A grout comprises an acid or its salt, a magnesium-containing substance, an auxiliary material, a thickener and water. The acid or its salt is e.g. a combination of aluminum sulfate and an acid, such as nitric acid. The thickener is e.g. a glycol-based thickener or an ester-based thickener.
【課題】圧送及び充填時に、中性域のpH(例えば、5.8〜8.6)を示し、水中での材料分離が生じず、良好な可塑性を有し、充填後に、大きな固化強度を発現することのできるグラウトを提供する。【解決手段】酸もしくはその塩、マグネシウム含有物質、補助材、増粘剤及び水を含むグラウト。酸もしくはその塩は、例えば、硫酸アルミニウムと、硝酸等の酸の組み合わせである。増粘剤は、例えば、グリコール系増粘剤、エステル系増粘剤等である。【選択図】なし
