The invention relates to a construction method of a novel outer wall waterproof protective layer. The method comprises the following steps of 1, cleaning the surface of a waste formwork on a construction site, removing nails on the surface, washing a cement part, selecting the number of formworks as required, and punching holes in four corners of each formwork; 2, bending a reinforcing steel bar into a U shape; 3, connecting every two formworks in a manner that the reinforcing steel bar penetrates through the holes in the formworks; 4, before constructing a waterproof protection layer, payingattention to whether a fixed position exists above a top plate or not, if no fixed position exists, placing I-shaped steel at the tops of the formworks, inserting an iron chain into the holes of the formwork in the uppermost layer in a penetrating manner, connecting with the I-shaped steel, and conveniently fixing the novel waterproof protection layer; and 5, when an outer wall waterproof protection layer is constructed, hoisting the formworks through a tower crane, then carrying out fixing, and backfilling soil. The construction method is convenient and fast to construct and the waterproof layer is effectively protected.
