Construction process for waterproof protective layer of overhead basement outer wall
The invention discloses a construction process for a waterproof protection layer of an overhead basement outer wall. The construction process comprises the steps that a waterproof layer is pasted between a first overhead position and the top of the basement outer wall through an outer frame; the waterproof layer is laid in a first overhead position of the basement outer wall, and the distance between the first overhead position of the basement outer wall and the bottom of the basement outer wall is 0.5-1 m; the JS composite board layer is pasted on the outer side of the waterproof layer through the outer frame to serve as a waterproof protection layer and is distributed between the second overhead position of the basement outer wall and the top; the second overhead position is higher than the first overhead position; the outer frame is dismantled, the bottom of the basement outer wall is cleaned, the waterproof layer at the brick moulding bed is lengthened and pasted to the bottom of the basement outer wall, and the waterproof layer extends into the first overhead waterproof layer to be pasted; and the JS composite board layer is complementarily pasted between the second overhead position and the bottom of the basement outer wall, and a concrete waterproof protection layer is poured in a foundation extension area. Through the scheme, the construction period can be greatly shortened, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the potential safety hazard of brick wall collapse is reduced.
本发明公开了一种架空式地下室外墙防水保护层施工工艺,包括:借助外架将防水层粘贴在地下室外墙的第一架空处与顶部之间;防水层在地下室外墙的第一架空处空铺,地下室外墙的第一架空处距离地下室外墙的底部0.5m~1m;借助外架将JS复合板层粘贴在防水层的外侧,以此作为防水保护层,分布在地下室外墙的第二架空处与顶部之间;第二架空处高于第一架空处;拆除外架,清理地下室外墙的底部,将砖胎模处的防水层接长粘贴在地下室外墙的底部,并伸入到第一架空处防水层中粘贴;将JS复合板层补充粘贴在地下室外墙的第二架空处与底部之间,在基础外伸区域浇筑混凝土防水保护层。通过本方案能够使施工工期大幅降低,保证施工质量,减少砖墙倒塌的安全隐患。
