Construction method of super-typhoon-resistant metal roof steel cable support
The invention relates to a construction method of a super typhoon-resistant metal roof steel cable support. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, the positions and the number of mounting holes of a typhoon-resistant support on an upright lockrand plate are measured and positioned; 2, tapping operation is conducted on the positioning point of the typhoon-resistant support through movable tapping equipment; 3, the heights of stand columns on the typhoon-resistant supports at different positions are measured; 4, the typhoon-resistant supports are prepared; and 5, hoop rings and main purlines of the typhoon-resistant supports are welded and fixed, typhoon-resistant steel cables are connected to the upper portions of the two typhoon-resistant supports, and steel cable butterfly pieces on the typhoon-resistant steel cables downwards press side ribs of the upright loverlock plate. The steel cable butterfly pieces on the typhoon-resistant steel cables are used fordownwards pressing the upright loverlock plate, so that the typhoon-resistant steel cables have an effective binding effect on the upright loverlock plate, and the high-strength typhoon-resistant effect is achieved.
