Rail bridge inspection vehicle
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge inspection vehicles, in particular to a rail bridge inspection vehicle. Cabs are mounted at two ends of a frame, consoles are mounted in the twocabs, and console low-speed operation consoles are arranged on the consoles; a hanging basket low-speed operation console is arranged in the hanging basket; the console low-speed operation console andthe hanging basket low-speed operation console can control the bridge inspection vehicle to operate at a low constant speed. Beam body diseases, support diseases, abutment diseases and other ancillary facility diseases of the bridge are inspected, the inspection range is large, and two-way driving and high-speed return can be achieved; when the bridge inspection device works, interlocking controlover low-constant-speed walking of the whole vehicle is achieved in the cabs and the hanging basket, a passageway is arranged between the two cabs, and the requirement that a driver does not get offto conduct end changing operation when reversing operation is conducted in a parking state can be met. And the jacking oil cylinder, the hook structure and the axle box jacking oil cylinder are adopted, so that the whole vehicle can be prevented from overturning during working of the bridge inspection device, and the safety of the bridge inspection device during working is improved.
本发明涉及桥梁检查车技术领域，尤其是一种轨道桥梁检查车，车架的两端均安装有司机室，两司机室内均安装有操纵台，操纵台上设有操作台低速运行控制台；吊篮内设有吊篮低速运行控制台，操作台低速运行控制台与吊篮低速运行控制台两者均可控制桥梁检查车低恒速运行，且对桥梁的梁体病害、支座病害、墩台病害和其它附属设施病害进行检查，具有较大的检查范围，也可双向行驶、高速回送，在桥检装置工作时，司机室、吊篮内实现整车低恒速行走的联锁控制，两司机室间设有过道，可满足停车状态下换向运行时司机不下车进行换端操作；并且采用顶升油缸、挂钩结构以及轴箱顶升油缸可防止桥检装置工作时整车发生倾覆，提高了桥检装置工作时的安全性。
