The inner sleeve comprises a damping cylinder, a top plate, a bottom plate and a spring connected with the top plate and the bottom plate, the inner sleeve further comprises a connecting assembly, and the connecting assembly is located in the damping cylinder and comprises a first connecting piece which is connected with the top plate and extends downwards from the top plate, and a second connecting piece which is connected with the bottom plate and extends upwards from the bottom plate, and the first connecting piece is configured to be in threaded connection with the second connecting piece. According to the inner sleeve, the bottom plate and the top plate of the inner sleeve are connected together through the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece which are in threaded connection together, and then the upper part and the lower part of the inner sleeve are connected together, so that transportation is facilitated, and mounting and dismounting are convenient.
