Basement roof post-cast strip plugging structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a basement roof post-cast strip plugging structure and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps of arranging square tubes in the positions, on through two sides of a post-cast strip, of a roof, wherein the length direction of the square tubes is the same as the extension direction of the post-cast strip; laying a reinforcing mesh between the two square tubes, and then pouring post-cast strip concrete; dismantling the square tubes fixed at the two ends when the post-cast strip concrete reaches the dismantled strength of side formworks, and making slopes through cement mortar on the two sides of the post-cast strip concrete on the roof; and finally, coating fireproof layers on the post-cast strip concrete and the slopes on the two sides, wherein the square tubes have the height of 4 cm or more and are 15-20 cm away from the edges of the corresponding sides of the post-cast strip. Through the basement roof post-cast stripplugging structure and the construction method thereof, the later-period cracking and water seepage risk of the post-cast strip can be effectively reduced, the follow-up construction efficiency is improved, and the basement roof post-cast strip plugging structure has good economic benefits.
本发明提供一种地下室顶板后浇带封堵结构及其施工方法,所述施工方法步骤如下:在后浇带两侧的顶板上分别设置方形钢管,方形钢管的长度方向同后浇带延伸方向;然后在两方形钢管之间铺设钢筋网片,而后浇筑后浇带混凝土;待后浇带混凝土强度达到侧模拆除强度后即拆除两端固定的方形钢管,并在顶板上的后浇带混凝土两侧用水泥砂浆做成斜坡;最后,往后浇带混凝土以及两侧斜坡上涂抹一层防水层;其中方形钢管高度为4CM以上,距离对应侧的后浇带边缘15‑20CM。本发明可有效降低后浇带处后期开裂和渗水风险,提高后续施工效率,有着良好的经济效益。
