The invention provides a damping installation structure of a precast floor. The damping installation structure comprises a ground base layer and the floor installed on the ground base layer. The floorcomprises a frame and a cover plate. The cover plate is installed at the top of the frame. The frame is a regular-polygon frame, a plurality of limiting plates are arranged at the bottom of the frame, an installation cavity is formed in the frame, a connecting plate is arranged at the bottom of the installation cavity, a plurality of leveling components are arranged on the connecting plate, a sound insulation plate is arranged on the leveling components, a pressing plate is arranged on the sound insulation plate, a plurality of elastic components are arranged on the pressing plate at equal intervals in the length direction of the pressing plate, and the relatively other ends of the elastic components are in contact with the cover plate. According to the damping installation structure, elastic connection between the wood floor and the ground can be achieved through arranged springs, and thus the problem that the floor produces noise can be solved.
