Inductance ferrite material, inductance ferrite magnetic piece and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses an inductance ferrite material, an inductance ferrite magnetic part and a preparation method and application thereof. The inductance ferrite material is formed by sintering a main component material and an auxiliary component material, wherein the main component material is prepared from the following components in mole percent: 59-62 mol% of Fe2O3, 8-12 mol% of NiO, 15-19mol% of ZnO and 7-10 mol% of CuO; and the auxiliary component material comprises a sintering aid and a NiCuZn ferrite grain growth inhibitor. The inductance ferrite magnetic part contains the inductance ferrite material disclosed by the invention. The inductance ferrite material and the inductance ferrite magnetic piece have high sintering density, saturation flux density and direct current bias resistance. According to the preparation method, the process steps are simplified, the cost is reduced, and the stable inductance performance of the prepared inductance ferrite magnetic part is effectively ensured.
