The invention provides a magnetic inductance material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of inductance materials. The magnetic inductance material provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of manganous-manganic oxide; 1-2 parts of manganese nitrate; 5-8 parts of phosphoric acid; 5-10 parts of magnesium oxide; 10 to 15 parts of ferric oxide; 1-2 parts of zinc oxide; and 0.05 to 0.1 part of cerium dioxide. The invention further provides a preparation method of the magnetic inductance material. The inductor prepared from the magnetic inductance material provided by the invention has the characteristics of good stability, high inductance value, no magnetic leakage in the use process, low inductance leakage rate, high magnetic conductivity and high conversion efficiency. The problems that an existing inductance magnetic material is large in temperature rise amplitude, large in product loss and small in saturation current are well solved.
