Mono-sodium itaconic acid mono-polyhydroxy ester and application thereof in cement grinding aid
The invention relates to sodium itaconic acid mono-polyhydroxy ester, and a preparation method of the sodium itaconic acid mono-polyhydroxy ester comprises the following steps: firstly preparing a mono-sodium itaconate solution, and then esterifying the mono-sodium itaconate. An aqueous group-polyhydroxy functional group in the structure of the cement grinding aid prepared from the monosodium itaconic acid mono-polyhydroxyester has a good lubricating effect in the cement grinding process, so that the thermal conversion efficiency in the grinding process is greatly improved, and meanwhile, dueto the existence of an electric double layer, the cement cannot be agglomerated when the particle size of the cement is small; the cement grinding aid is synthesized by adopting an RAFT technology, the molecular weight of the cement grinding aid is low (1800-4000), and the polydispersity index of the cement grinding aid is small (1.2-1.3); and the production process is simple, the performance is stable, and chlorine ions are not contained.
本发明涉及一种衣康酸单钠单多羟基酯,其制备方法为先制备衣康酸单钠溶液,之后是衣康酸单钠的酯化。由衣康酸单钠单多羟基酯制备得到的水泥助磨剂结构中的水性化基团—多羟基官能团在水泥粉磨过程中润滑效果较好,大大增加了粉磨过程的热转化效率,同时由于双电层的存在水泥粒径较小时亦不会团聚;采用RAFT技术合成,所述水泥助磨剂的分子量低(1800‑4000),多分散系数小(1.2‑1.3);生产工艺简单,性能稳定,且不含氯离子。
