The invention discloses a construction method of a swivel spherical hinge and a slideway, which comprises the following steps of: 1, establishing a standard ruler, namely arranging vertical rods, sleeving the same slender rod on the opposite vertical rods, and a central hole and a plurality of slender holes are arranged in the center of the slender rod; adjusting the position of the vertical rod to align the center of the central hole to the center of the preset position of the mounting spherical hinge and the slideway; 2, setting a base by taking a projection point of a fine hole which is equidistant from a central hole as a base point; 3, installing a spherical hinge support and a sliding way with the vertical projection point of the center hole in the base as the circle center; 4, hoisting the pin shaft, and adjusting the pin shaft to be in a vertical state; 5, hoisting the spherical hinge, and adjusting the spherical hinge until the vertically downward projection point of the central hole on the spherical hinge coincides with the center of the spherical hinge; 6, arranging a plurality of temporary supporting pieces along the sliding way; and 7, forming a platform on the upper end face of the spherical hinge in a pouring mode with the downward vertical projection point of the center hole as the circle center. The construction method has the beneficial effect of improving themounting precision of the spherical hinge and the slideway.
