The invention discloses a ship wharf extension fender device, The device comprises a steel structural part, a rubber cushion block installed on the front end face of the steel structural part, a pipeframe fixed to the upper end face of the steel structural part, a water lubrication pipeline installed on the pipe frame, L-shaped clamping components installed on the rear end face of the steel structural part and a backer. A water inlet end of the water lubrication pipeline is located above a rear framework, and a water outlet through hole faces the side, away from the rear framework, of a frontframework. The L-shaped clamping components are installed on the left side and the right side of the lower end of the rear framework, and clamping grooves used for containing a fender on a wharf areformed between the L-shaped clamping components and a rear panel. The device is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, low in manufacturing cost and convenient to install by workers; the problem that hoisting equipment interferes with a binding bridge on a container ship during wharf outfitting operation of the container ship can be solved; collision accidents between the hoisting equipment andthe binding bridge on the ship are avoided; and the safety of the container ship is improved in wharf outfitting operation is ensured.
