The invention relates to a non-Newtonian fluid wharf fender device. The non-Newtonian fluid wharf fender device comprises a fender base body, a rubber bag and anti-collision rubber, wherein a non-Newtonian fluid layer is arranged in the rubber bag; two horizontal fastening plates are installed in the fender base body; spring rod rails and spring frame sets are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of a guide spring rod; the spring rod rails are installed on the fender base body and fixedly connected with the inner sides of the fastening plates; spring rods are installed in the spring rod rails and hinged to connecting rods; the connecting rods are hinged to the rubber bag; one end of each spring frame set is fixedly connected to the fender base body, and the other end of each spring frame set is fixedly connected with a damping plate; and the outer side of each damping plate is fixedly connected with the anti-collision rubber. By the adoption of the non-Newtonian fluid wharf fender device, the damage of excessive impact force of a berthing ship to a wharf structure can be greatly reduced, and kinetic energy generated when the berthing ship collides and impacts is effectively buffered and absorbed.
