The invention discloses a canal garbage blocking treatment device for water conservancy irrigation. A collecting piece used for containing floating garbage is horizontally mounted at the upper part ofa filtering piece, a fishing bucket used for fishing the floating garbage is movably mounted on one side of the filtering piece, and a traction mechanism used for driving the fishing bucket to ascendand descend in a reciprocating manner to fish the floating garbage is mounted on the filtering piece; and an overturning assembly used for driving the fishing bucket to overturn when the fishing bucket ascends to the top of the stroke of the fishing bucket is arranged above the filtering piece. Water liquid in a canal is separated from floating garbage through the filtering piece and gathered onone side of the filtering piece under the action of water flow, the fishing bucket is immersed below the water liquid when moving to the lower portion of the stroke of the fishing bucket, the floatinggarbage gathered on one side of the filtering piece can be fished and transported upwards when the fishing bucket moves upwards, the fishing bucket is overturned when moving to the upper portion of the stroke of the fishing bucket, the overturned fishing bucket pours the fished garbage into the collecting piece, then the fishing bucket reversely overturns and moves downwards to the position belowthe water liquid, and the process is repeated in this way to achieve garbage blocking fishing treatment.
