The wood veneer assembly type mounting structure comprises hanging supporting strips, a wood veneers, hanging pieces and veneers, the hanging supporting strips are fixedly mounted on a wall base layer, hanging grooves with upward openings are formed in the hanging supporting strips, first tooth-shaped faces arranged in the length direction of the hanging supporting strips are arranged on the bottom faces of the hanging grooves, and hanging pieces which are arranged in parallel are arranged on the two sides of the wood veneers; and the hanging pieces are fixedly mounted on the wood veneers through at least one fastening piece, the hanging pieces are clamped in the hanging grooves through hanging plates, second tooth-shaped faces matched with the first tooth-shaped faces are arranged on the bottom faces of the hanging plates, a glue layer is arranged in a splicing gap of every two adjacent wood veneers, the multiple wood veneers are spliced to form a wood veneer base layer, and the veneers are adhered to the wood veneer base layer. Compared with the prior art, the wood veneers are mounted in an assembly type construction mode, paint does not need to be repaired at the splicing position of the wood veneers, and the decoration effect of the wood veneers is effectively improved.
