The invention relates to the field of walls, and particularly discloses a concrete wall and a production process thereof. The concrete wall comprises an inner layer facing indoors and an outer layer facing outdoors, the inner layer is a radiation absorption concrete layer added with a radiation absorbent, the outer layer is a radiation shielding concrete layer added with a radiation shielding agent, and the radiation absorption concrete layer and the radiation shielding concrete layer are formed by pouring in sequence; the surface, away from the radiation shielding concrete layer, of the radiation absorption concrete layer is further sequentially painted with a heat absorption coating layer and a heat discoloration coating layer which are matched with the concrete wall. The concrete wall can be used for radiation departments such as an X-ray room and a B-ultrasonic room of a hospital, and has the advantages of being safe and non-toxic; in addition, the preparation method has the advantages of simplicity, convenience and high efficiency.
