Aerated concrete dry-mixed plastering mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an aerated concrete dry-mixed plastering mortar and a preparation method thereof. The plastering mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 110parts of ordinary Portland cement, 60 to 90 parts of machine-made sand, 25 to 50 parts of fly ash, 15 to 30 parts of attapulgite clay, 3 to 6 parts of expanded perlite fine powder-modified EVA emulsion powder compound, 2 to 8 parts of an efficient water reducer, 2 to 5 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and 1 to 2.5 parts of an anti-cracking agent. According to the modified EVA emulsionpowder, diallyl phthalate with an active reaction group is connected to a molecular chain of an EVA copolymer, so that a hollowing phenomenon is effectively avoided; the density of the expanded perlite fine powder is small; high water retention capability is realized; the expanded perlite fine powder is compounded with the modified EVA emulsion powder to form a polymer colloid-powder-hydrated cement matrix interpenetrating matrix mixture, the reduction of the soaking bonding strength of the modified EVA emulsion powder is supplemented, the soaking bonding strength of the mortar is improved, cracks and hollowing phenomena are inhibited, even expansion is realized, and the breaking strength of the mortar is enhanced.
