The invention relates to a fireproof coating material which comprises the following components: magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, sodium silicate, silica fume, talcum powder, acrylic emulsion, cellulose ether, a defoaming agent, a penetrating agent, an adhesion promoter and water. The fireproof coating material provided by the invention has extremely strong infiltration capacity, can infiltrateinto the surface layer of an extruded sheet in a short time, can reduce the combustion growth rate index of the extruded sheet with the thickness of more than 80mm, does not influence other indexes,and remarkably improves the safety performance of a building material under the condition of saving a flame retardant.
本发明涉及一种防火涂层材料，包括如下组分：氧化镁，氯化镁，硅酸钠，微硅粉，滑石粉，丙烯酸乳液，纤维素醚，消泡剂，渗透剂，附着力促进剂以及水。本发明提供的防火涂层材料具有极强的渗透能力，能在短时间内渗透到挤塑板的表层，可以将厚度80mm以上的挤塑板的燃烧增长速率指数降低，且不对其余指标造成影响，在节省阻燃剂的情况下，显著提高建筑材料的安全性能。
