Desilting robot for river surge sewage pipe network
The invention discloses a desilting robot for a river surge sewage pipe network. The desilting robot comprises a main body mechanism, a negative-pressure mechanism, a desilting mechanism and a controlmechanism. By rotating a handle and through cooperation of a gear and a rack, silt scraping pieces of two adjusting rods abut against the side wall of the pipe network, the desilting robot can adaptto pipe networks with different pipe diameters, when a crawler component drives a carriage to move, a rotating shaft can be driven to rotate through an oblique toothed disc, and thus the silt scrapingpieces move along the side wall of the pipe network to clear silt in the pipe network omni-directionally; and meanwhile when the crawler component drives the carriage to move, a piston can further move in a piston cylinder back and forth, on the one hand, water below a water filtration interlayer of the carriage can be sprayed out from a spray head to wet silt in the front of the carriage, on theother hand, the speed of passing through the water filtration interlayer of water in silt above the water filtration interlayer is increased, meanwhile the negative pressure is formed in the carriageto generate suction force, and silt entering silt storage cavities of the silt scraping pieces is sucked into the carriage through a telescopic flexible pipe.
本发明公开了一种河涌污水管网清淤机器人,包括主体机构、负压机构、清淤机构以及控制机构。本发明通转动把手,通过齿轮与齿条的配合使得两个调节杆刮泥件抵触在管网侧壁,可适应不同管径的管网,并且在履带组件带动车箱移动时,通过斜齿盘可带动转动轴转动,进而使得刮泥件沿着管网侧壁进行移动,对管网内部的淤泥进行全方位进行清理,同时在履带组件带动车箱移动时,还能使得活塞在活塞筒内部往复进行移动,一方面可将车箱滤水隔层下方的从喷头排出,对车箱前方的淤泥进行湿润,另一方面加快滤水隔层上方淤泥中水分通过滤水隔层的速度,同时使得车箱内部形成负压产生吸力,将进入刮泥件的淤泥收纳腔内部淤泥通过伸缩软管吸入车箱内部。
