The small-pipe-diameter desilting robot with the telescopic arm desilting function comprises a desilting robot body, a motor, a scraping mechanism, a washing mechanism and a loop bar, the desilting robot body moves in a small pipeline, a base is arranged on the lower end face of the desilting robot body, a crawler walking mechanism is installed below the base, a bearing is arranged at the front end of the motor, and the motor is connected with the crawler walking mechanism. A rotating shaft is installed in the bearing, a washing mechanism is installed in the middle of the rotating shaft, four sets of sleeve rods are arranged on an upper ring of the washing mechanism, a scraping mechanism is installed on the front portion of the rotating shaft, meanwhile, the scraping mechanism, the washing mechanism and the rotating shaft are detachably connected, and the sleeve rods and the washing mechanism are detachably connected.
