The tandem type parkinghall of the sealed structure comprises two or more single-room parking halls for connecting vehicles parked thereon end to end, wherein a parking hall front exit is formed in front of the foremost single-room parking hall; a parking hall rear entrance is formed behind the backmost single-room parking hall; a parking hall left access and a parking hall right access are formed in the left side and the right side of each single-room parking hall; and a pedestrian and a parking robot channel are separately arranged at the two sides of the parking hall. The tandem type parking hall can dynamicallydistribute a parking function and a pick-up function of each single-room parking hall according to parking and pick-up conditions, reminds a user to perform parking operation according to reminding information through ways of penalties and prohibition of use, and avoids resource waste and invalid queue-up of the user.
