According to the tandem type parking hall, the parking function and pick-up function of each parking exchange place are allocated according to the actual vehicle access conditions dynamically, and the wasting of resources and invalid user queuing are avoided; vehicles do not need to turn, but can enter or leave the parking hall, and the tandem type parking hall is small in occupied space, and facilitates parking and pick-up of the vehicles; through theoutdoor open structure, users can feel more safely, and the visual field is broader; and the tandem type parking hall benefits relief of agitated feeling and fatigue, and the parking and start speed is higher.
