The polycarboxylic acid-type high-efficiency pumping agent of the invention is suitable for common ready-mixed concrete,high-performance ready-mixed concrete, mass concrete, concrete of a part with dense steel bars and not easy to vibrate, high-mass fluid plasticized concrete. The high-efficiency pumping agent is the anionic/nonionic liquid admixture compounded with the polycarboxylic acid water reducer as a base material, is low in chlorine, low in alkali, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and environment-friendly, and has no impact on the ecological environment, has good cost performance and high stability, and a wide application range for cement, and the production process of the high-efficiency pumping agent is easy to operate, and is less affected by temperature changes.
