The invention discloses an anti-mud and anti-adsorption polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping agent, and solves the technical problems that when 10% concrete waste slurry water is used for producing concrete, the adsorption capacity of an admixture is enhanced, and the slump loss of the prepared concrete is large in the prior art. The pumping agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25% of anti-mud and anti-adsorption polycarboxylic acid comprehensive mother liquor, 1-5% of slump-retaining mother liquor, 1-5% of super-long slow-release slump-retaining mother liquor, 1-3% of sodium gluconate, 0.01-0.05% of an air entraining agent, 0.01-0.05% of cellulose ether, 0.005-0.015% of a defoaming agent and 0.1-1.0% of a water-retaining agent. The C30 concrete prepared from the concrete waste slurry water with the concentration of 10% has no slump loss within 4 hours and has constructability within 5 hours, and an available pumping agent is provided for fully utilizing the cleaning waste slurry water in a mixing plant.
