The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, in particular to a polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping agent as well as a production process and a preparation device thereof. The polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-35 parts of polycarboxylic acid mother liquor, 3-5 parts of a slow release agent, 0.6-0.8 part of a high-performance viscosity modifier, 0.6-0.8 part of an anti-mud agent, 0.1-0.3 part of an air entraining agent, 0.1-0.3 part of an anti-freezing agent, 0.3-0.5 part of a water-retaining agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a defoaming agent and 20-40 parts of water. According to the polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping agent provided by the invention, all the components have a synergistic effect, so that the prepared polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping agent is good in flowing property, good in pumping effect and good in water reducing and retarding performance, and the slump loss of concrete can be effectively controlled; and the production process of the polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping agent provided by the invention has the advantages of simple production process, convenience in construction, no need of special equipment, low preparation cost, high production efficiency and higher popularization and application values.
