Soft porcelain and preparation method thereof
The invention provides soft porcelain and a preparation method thereof. The soft porcelain comprises cement, colored sand, a special emulsion, a special solution, a water reducing agent, a water retaining agent and a water repellent, the special emulsion is prepared from an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an acrylic copolymer according to a volume ratio of 1:2 through mixing, wherein the acrylic copolymer is obtained by polymerizing a non-ionic emulsifier, an initiator, distilled water, methacrylic acid, styrene, isooctyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, n-butyl acrylate, N-hydroxyacrylamide and 2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl acetoacetate; the special solution is prepared by adding zinc nitrate, ammonia water and distilled water into a small beaker, and performing stirring and reacting. During preparation, crosslinking and curing only need to be conducted for 15-20 min at the temperature of 65-70 DEG C, the time is short, the temperature is low, the energy consumption is low, the obtained product is free of cracks after being wound and folded by 180 degrees on a cylinder with the diameter of 10 cm, and obvious cracks and folds are avoided on the surface after the product is slowlyfolded by 90 degrees.
本发明提出一种软瓷及其制备方法,该软瓷包括水泥、彩砂、专用乳液、专用溶液、减水剂、保水剂和憎水剂;专用乳液由乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物和丙烯酸系共聚物按照体积比1:2混合而成,丙烯酸系共聚物由非离子型乳化剂、引发剂、蒸馏水、甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、N‑羟基丙烯酰胺及乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯聚合得到;专用溶液由硝酸锌、氨水和蒸馏水加入小烧杯中搅拌反应后制得。制备时,只需在65‑70℃下交联固化15‑20min即可,时间短、温度低、能耗小,所得的产品在直径为10cm的圆柱体上作180°绕折无裂痕,缓慢对折呈90°表面无明显的裂纹及折痕。
