The invention discloses a high-impermeability waterproof coiled material for buildings and a preparation method of the high-impermeability waterproof coiled material. The waterproof coiled material isprepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of matrix asphalt, 10-13 parts of base oil, 10-15 parts of butyl rubber and 20-30 parts of an impermeable filler. The impermeable filler is prepared, an intermediate 4 reacts with epoxy chloropropane to prepare an intermediate 5, and the intermediate 5 reacts with an intermediate 3, so that hydroxyl on the intermediate 5 reacts with isocyanate on the intermediate 3 to prepare the impermeable filler. The molecule of the impermeable filler contains a plurality of benzene ring structures and long-chain alkyl, and the benzene ring structures and the long-chain alkyl are hydrophobic groups, so that water permeation can be effectively prevented; and the impermeable filler can be spread on the surface of a base material after being mixed with the base material, so that the surface energy of the surface of the base body is adjusted, a hydrophobic film is formed on the surface of the base body, and the waterproof effectof the waterproof coiled material is improved.
