The invention discloses a tramcar fabricated pile beam structure and a construction method. The tramcar fabricated pile beam structure comprises a pile body; the pile body is vertically arranged, thelower end of the pile body is fixedly connected with a foundation, and the upper end of the pile body is provided with a supporting table with the cross section gradually increased along with height increase; and the pile body comprises a pile body foundation section and a pile body adding section, wherein the pile body foundation section is close to the lower end and fixedly connected with the foundation, and the pile body adding section is arranged between the pile body foundation section and the supporting table. During construction, firstly, the size of the connecting boss is determined according to the sizes of the pile body and the supporting table; secondly, steel reinforcement cages of different sizes are put into corresponding molds to be fixed; thirdly, the prepared concrete is guided into the molds to be vibrated and flattened; and finally, hoisting and connection are carried out on site. According to the application, factory prefabrication of the tramcar fabricated pile beam structure is achieved, the requirements of different heights can be met, the construction period is shortened, and compared with the prior art, more materials and more labor are saved.
本发明公开了有轨电车装配式桩梁结构及施工方法,包括桩体;桩体竖直设置,下端与地基固定连接,桩体的上端设有一个随高度增加横截面逐步增大的支撑台;桩体包括与靠近下端与地基固定连接的桩体基础节,以及设置于桩体基础节与支撑台之间的桩体增加节。施工时,首先,根据桩体及支撑台的尺寸确定连接凸台的尺寸;其次,将不同尺寸的钢筋笼放入相应模具中固定好;再次,将配好的混凝土导入模具中震动抹平;最后,现场吊装连接。本发明的应用实现了有轨电车装配式桩梁结构的工厂内预制,能够可满足不同高度的需求,缩短了施工工期,与现有技术相比更加省料省力。
