Tramcar prefabricated track beam and construction method
The invention discloses a tramcar prefabricated track beam and a construction method. The tramcar prefabricated track beam comprises an upper panel and a lower panel which are parallel to each other.At least two supporting portions are arranged between the upper panel and the lower panel, and the gap between every two adjacent supporting portions is larger than the width of the corresponding supporting portions. During construction, steel bars are firstly manually knitted into reinforcement cages matched with the upper panel, the lower panel and each supporting portion; meanwhile, a mold is set up; then the multiple reinforcement cages are placed into the mold and are fixed into a whole; and finally, prepared concrete is guided into the mold, and vibration leveling and forming are achieved. By means of the application of the tramcar prefabricated track beam and the construction method, the tramcar track beam can be prefabricated, the requirements of different specifications can be met, and pavement and manufacturing of different road conditions can be met.
本发明公开了有轨电车预制轨道梁及施工方法,包括互相平行的上面板和下面板;上面板和下面板之间设有最少两个支撑部,且每两个相邻的支撑部之间的的间隔均大于相应支撑部的宽度。施工时,首先人工将钢筋编织成与上面板、下面板,以及每一支撑部相匹配的钢筋笼;同时搭建模具;然后将若干钢筋笼放入模具中,并固定呈一体;最后将配好的混凝土导入模具中,震动抹平成型即可。本发明的应用使有轨电车轨道梁可以实现预制,能够满足不同规格的需求,能够满足不同路况的铺设制作。
