The invention discloses a tramcar pile beam structure and a construction method. The tramcar pile beam structure comprises a pile body; the pile body is vertically arranged, the lower end of the pilebody is fixedly connected with a foundation, and the upper end of the pile body is provided with a structure with the cross section gradually increased along with height increase; and steel reinforcement cages are arranged in the pile body and the structure with the cross section gradually increased along with the increase of the height. During construction, firstly, steel bars of all connecting components are manually woven into a steel bar cage matched with the pile body and the structure with the cross section gradually increased along with height increase in size; then, the woven reinforcement cage is put into a mold to be fixed; then, the prepared concrete is guided into the mold to be vibrated and flattened; then, the prefabricated component is transported to the site; and finally, the prefabricated parts are hoisted in place and connected through post-poured concrete. By means of the application, the tramcar pile beam structure is prefabricated, the construction period can be shortened, and materials and labor are saved.
本发明公开了有轨电车桩梁结构及施工方法,包括桩体;所述桩体竖直设置,下端与地基固定连接,所述桩体的上端设有一个随高度增加横截面逐步增大的结构;所述桩体和所述随高度增加横截面逐步增大的结构内均设有钢筋笼。施工时,首先人工将各个连接构件钢筋编织成与所述桩体和所述随高度增加横截面逐步增大的结构匹配尺寸的钢筋笼;接着,将编织好的所述钢筋笼放入模具中固定好;然后,将配好的混凝土导入所述模具中震动抹平;然后,将预制好的构件运输至现场;最后,将预制构件吊装就位并通过后浇混凝土进行连接。本发明的应用使有轨电车桩梁结构实现预制,进而能够缩短工期,省料省力。
