Prefabricated hardened soil stiff composite pile and construction method thereof
According to the prefabricated hardened soil stiff composite pile and the construction method thereof, prefabricated flow-state hardened soil is pressed and poured from the bottom of a pile hole, and foundation water and soil or slurry in the hole is replaced; and then a rigid pile is inserted, the rigid pile and the flow-state hardened soil form a concentric cylinder, and the prefabricated hardened soil stiff composite pile is formed after solidification. In the inserting process of the rigid pile, the fluid-state hardened soil in the pile hole leads the gap between the inner wall of the pile hole and the outer side of the rigid pile to flow upwards, the soil body on the outer side of the pile hole is slightly extruded, the sinking resistance to the rigid pile is small, and therefore the phenomena that the rigid pile is exploded and the pile body is damaged cannot occur. The prefabricated fluid hardened soil has the characteristics of homogeneity, better fluidity and the like, and the unconfined compressive strength after final setting can reach up to 15MPa, which completely meets the design requirements of high-strength hardened soil.
本发明提供预制硬化土劲性复合桩及其施工方法,从桩孔底部压灌预制流态硬化土,置换出孔内的地基水土或泥浆;然后插入刚性桩,刚性桩与流态硬化土形成同心圆柱体,固化后形成预制硬化土劲性复合桩。刚性桩插入过程中桩孔内流态硬化土引桩孔内壁与刚性桩外侧之间的间隙向上流动,对桩孔外侧的土体微挤压,对刚性桩的沉入阻力较小,就不会发生刚性桩爆桩及桩体损伤的现象。预制成流态硬化土具有均质且流动性较好等特点,终凝后的无侧限抗压强度最高能达到15MPa,这完全达到对高强硬化土的设计需要。
