The invention discloses a slip form construction process of a caisson. The slip form construction process includes the steps that firstly, a slip form system is spliced on a deck of a semi-submersiblebarge and suspended on a top truss of the semi-submersible barge, and the slip form system is suspended above the deck of the semi-submersible barge by lifting the top truss of the semi-submersible barge; secondly, a bottom mold template of the caisson is spliced on the deck of the semi-submersible barge, a plastic film is laid, protective layer cushion blocks are laid on the plastic film, and bottom plate steel bars of the caisson are tied up; thirdly, concrete is poured into the bottom mold plate of the caisson; fourthly, after the concrete of a caisson bottom plate is solidified, the top truss of the semi-submersible barge is lowered so that the slip form system is located on the upper surface of the caisson bottom plate, jacks and lifting rods for installing the jacks are installed onlifting frames of the slip form system, and the slip form system is untied from the top truss of the semi-submersible barge; fifthly, concrete is poured into a slip form template, and the slip form system slides up; and sixthly, overall pouring of the caisson is completed. The slip form construction process has the advantages of high construction efficiency, small site influence and good safety.
本发明公开了一种沉箱的滑模施工工艺,其包括:步骤一、在半潜驳甲板上拼装滑模系统,将滑模系统悬挂在半潜驳的顶部桁架上,提升半潜驳的顶部桁架使滑模系统悬于半潜驳甲板上方;步骤二、在半潜驳甲板上拼装沉箱底模模板,铺设塑料薄膜,在塑料薄膜上铺保护层垫块、绑扎沉箱底板钢筋;步骤三、在沉箱底模模板内浇筑混凝土;步骤四、沉箱底板混凝土凝固后,降低半潜驳的顶部桁架使滑模系统位于沉箱底板上表面,在滑模系统的提升架上安装千斤顶,及安装千斤顶的顶升杆,将滑模系统从半潜驳的顶部桁架上解开;步骤五、在滑模模板内浇筑混凝土,滑升滑模系统;步骤六、完成沉箱整体浇筑。本发明具有施工效率高、场地影响小、安全性好的优点。
