Assembled integral steel plate combined shear wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an assembled integral steel plate combined shear wall and a construction method. The shear wall comprises a wall body and end columns. The wall body comprises a front wall panel, a rear wall panel, wall embedded corrugated pipes and split bolts arranged between the front wall panel and the rear wall panel, and concrete filled in the wall. Two bottom corners of the front wall panel and the rear wall panel are provided with welding holes. An upper wall grouting cavity is left between the top surface of the concrete filled in the wall and the top surface of the wall body.A lower wall grouting cavity is left between the bottom surface of the concrete filled in the wall and the bottom surface of the wall body. The shear wall can be used in multiple and high-rise building structures, is particularly suitable for prefabricated houses and apartments, solves the problems of low assembly efficiency and large amount of wet work during on-site construction of a traditionaldouble steel plate composite shear wall, and realizes the goals of modern prefabricated buildings such as factory production of shear wall components, mechanization of the on-site construction, and information of organization and management.
本发明公开了装配整体式钢板组合剪力墙及施工方法,所述剪力墙包括墙本体和端柱,所述墙本体包括前墙板、后墙板、墙预埋波纹管、设置在前墙板与后墙板之间的对拉螺栓以及墙内填混凝土,前墙板和后墙板的两底角处均开设有过焊孔,墙内填混凝土顶面距墙本体顶面留有墙上部注浆空腔,墙内填混凝土底面距墙本体底面留有墙下部注浆空腔。该剪力墙可用于多、高层建筑结构中,尤其适用于装配式住宅及公寓。解决了传统双钢板组合剪力墙在现场施工时装配效率低、湿作业量大等问题,实现了剪力墙部件生产工厂化、现场施工机械化、组织管理信息化等现代装配式建筑的目标。
