The invention discloses a steel plate and concrete combined shear wall and a construction method thereof. The steel plate and concrete combined shear wall comprises edge members, an upper shear wall unit and a lower shear wall unit; every two edge members are arranged in parallel to form a mounting groove, and the upper shear wall unit and the lower shear wall unit are mounted in the mounting grooves from top to bottom; the upper shear wall unit and the lower shear wall unit are connected through a connecting assembly; the connecting assembly comprises a rubber cushion layer and two connecting plates; the upper ends of the two connecting plates are connected with the upper shear wall unit through bolts, and the lower ends of the two connecting plates fix the lower shear wall unit; steel bar trusses distributed in a staggered mode are arranged between the two connecting plates; U-shaped steel channels are arranged in the two ends of the upper portion of the lower shear wall unit; the upper ends and the lower ends of the U-shaped steel channels are connected with the upper shear wall unit and the lower shear wall unit respectively; and grooves of the U-shaped steel channels are filled with the rubber cushion layer. The construction period can be greatly shortened, the cost is saved, and local damage to the wall is avoided.
本发明公开了一种钢板混凝土组合剪力墙及其施工方法,其中钢板混凝土组合剪力墙包括边缘构件、上剪力墙单元和下剪力墙单元,每2个边缘构件平行设置形成安装槽,上剪力墙单元和下剪力墙单元自上而下安装于安装槽,上剪力墙单元和下剪力墙单元通过连接组件连接,连接组件包括橡胶垫层和2张连接板,2张连接板的上端均通过螺栓与上剪力墙单元连接,2张连接板的下端固定下剪力墙单元;2张连接板之间设置有交错分布的钢筋桁架,所述下剪力墙单元的上方两端均设有U型槽钢,此U型槽钢的上端和下端分别与上剪力墙单元和下剪力墙单元连接,所述橡胶垫层填充在U型槽钢的槽内。本发明可大幅度缩短了工期,节约成本,还避免墙体发生局部损伤。
