The invention discloses a connecting device for an assembly type ceiling module. The connecting device comprises an upper keel and a lower keel, the upper keel and the lower keel are arranged in a staggered mode, base plates are arranged on the upper keel in a clamped mode, the two ends of each base plate are correspondingly connected with two sliding rods in a sliding mode, and the sliding rods are located on the two sides of the upper keel; and the lower ends of the sliding rods are in threaded connection with positioning bolts, sliding heads are fixed to the upper ends of the sliding rods,and sliding grooves are formed in the positions, corresponding to the two sliding rods, of each base plate. According to the connecting device for the assembly type ceiling module, corresponding movement is carried out between the base plates in accordance with the width of the upper keel so that the upper keel can be clamped between the sliding rods, then the base plates are fixed to the upper keel through the positioning pins or screws, the sliding rods can be attached to the lower keel through sliding between the two sliding rods, then the sliding rods are clamped to the lower keel throughthe positioning bolts, and the positioning bolt can lift the lower keel, so that the keel does not need to penetrate through a through hole of a connecting part during construction, and the operationis simpler.
