The invention provides a wall bearing replacing device and a wall bearing replacing construction method. The bearing replacing device is used for bearing an upper existing wall structure so as to create a space for bottom dismantling and foundation replacing; the bearing replacing device comprises at least four wall lifting columns, at least two wall clamping beams and multiple supporting beams; the wall lifting columns are fixed on a foundation raft plate, and used for bearing upper loads and transmitting the loads to the foundation raft plate; the wall clamping beams are parallel to a wall,located on the two sides of the wall correspondingly, transversely arranged on the wall lifting columns and used for bearing loads and transmitting the loads to the wall lifting columns; the supporting beams are transversely arranged on the wall clamping beams, the supporting beams and the wall clamping beams are arranged in a crossed mode, and the supporting beams penetrate through the wall at the position and used for bearing the loads of the wall on the upper portion of the supporting beams and transmitting the loads to the wall clamping beams and the wall lifting columns. According to thedevice provided by the embodiment, the existing masonry wall can be effectively supported so that a part of the old wall at the bottom of the masonry wall can be detached; and a newly-added bearing platform foundation is constructed, so that the structural safety is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种墙体的承托置换装置及墙体承托置换的施工方法,承托置换装置用于承托上部既有墙体结构,为底部拆除和基础置换创造空间,承托置换装置,包括:至少四个抬墙柱,所述抬墙柱固定在基础筏板上,用于承担上部荷载并传递给基础筏板;至少两个夹墙梁,所述夹墙梁与墙体平行,分别位于所述墙体两侧,并横向设于抬墙柱上,用于承担荷载并传递给抬墙柱;多个承托梁,承托梁横设与夹墙梁上,且承托梁与夹墙梁交叉设置,穿过该位置墙体,用于承担其上部墙体的荷载并传递给夹墙梁和抬墙柱。根据本申请实施例的装置能够有效地承托既有砌体墙体,使得其底部可以拆除部分旧墙体,施工新增承台基础,提高了结构安全性,降低了施工成本。
