Spontaneous heating roasting method for coal gangue shale sintered bricks
The invention discloses a spontaneous heating roasting method for coal gangue shale sintered bricks. The method comprises the following steps: after coal gangue crushing is qualified, proportionally adding water and stirring, forming primary wet material, scattering the primary wet material from high altitude; the primary wet material freely falls from a certain height to realize sufficient dispersion, aging the dispersed primary wet material for a certain time; forming aged materials, adding water into the aged material in proportion and stirring; forming secondary wet material, extruding andmolding the secondary wet material; forming green bricks, wherein the green brick is completely made of coal gangue; drying of green bricks, carrying out high-temperature sintering, carrying out high-temperature sintering on the green brick by utilizing heat generated by combustion of coal gangue contained in the green brick, carrying out high-altitude scattering on the coal gangue powder to fully disperse the coal gangue powder so that particles of the wet coal gangue powder are defibered. The plasticity is high, the extrusion formability of the final wet coal gangue powder is improved; inthe roasting process of green bricks composed of all coal gangue powder, the heating of the green bricks can maintain the roasting temperature, and the cost is reduced.
