Preparation method of anorthite light refractory brick
The invention provides a preparation method of an anorthite light refractory brick. The preparation method adopts a batch mixing mode to mix materials, and comprises the following specific steps: step 1, stirring and mixing silicon-containing aluminum minerals, gypsum powder, sawdust and/or wood powder to obtain a mixture I; step 2, adding a composite additional binding agent into water, and stirring to obtain a mixture II; step 3, adding the mixture I prepared in the step 1 into the mixture II prepared in the step 2, and mixing to obtain pug; step 4, pouring the pug prepared in the step 3 into a forming mold, directly demolding to obtain a wet anorthite brick blank after moisture curing, and directly stacking the wet anorthite brick blank on a kiln car in a wet manner; and step 5, carrying out firing molding. The poured wet anorthite brick blanks are quickly cured, wet stacking can be directly carried out after demolding, drying is not needed, and the strength of the demolded wet blanks can meet the technological requirement for stacking three or more layers of wet anorthite bricks.
本发明提出了一种钙长石轻质耐火砖的制备方法,采用分批混料的方式进行混料,具体步骤包括:步骤1:将含硅铝矿物、石膏粉、锯末和/或木粉搅拌混合,得到混合料I;步骤2:将复合外加结合剂加入水中搅拌,得到混合料II;步骤3:将步骤1制得的所述混合料I加入到步骤2制得的所述混合料II中混合,得到泥料;步骤4:将步骤3制得的所述泥料浇注于成型模具中,湿固化后,直接脱模得到钙长石砖湿坯,将所述钙长石砖湿坯直接湿码垛在窑车上;步骤5:进行烧制成型。本发明浇筑后的钙长石砖湿坯很快固化,脱模后能够直接进行湿码垛,无需烘干,脱模后的湿坯强度可以满足三层以上的钙长石砖湿坯码垛的工艺要求。
